Project Manager (PM)

[Job Description]

BIG BANG is currently looking for someone to take on project management duties.

The position involves working with a multinational team of 3DCG/XR/video production staff, managing and coordinating progress in both Japanese and English.

[Major duties]

• Task management and progress support using Slack and Notion

• Information management and document organization using Google Drive, etc.

• Confirm delivery dates with subcontractors and collaborate on reviews

• Simple translation adjustments (Japanese⇔English)

• Weekly progress reports and minutes preparation (mainly in Japanese)

[Application requirements]

• Native level Japanese (reading, writing, business documents)

• English: Business level (reading, writing, specifications, emails, simple conversation)

• At least 1 year of practical experience in production or PM-related work (regardless of genre)

• Basic document creation/task organization skills

[Welcome Skills]

• Knowledge about CG/game/video production

• Experience using tools such as Notion and Figma

• Experience working with multinational members

[Employment type, work, and compensation]

• Service contract (project-based)

• Working hours: Approximately 15 to 30 hours per week (fully remote)

• Estimated compensation: 200,000 to 350,000 yen per month (negotiable depending on skills and workload)

[Additional Information]

• This position is not full-time employment, but a contract based on a service contract.
