We directed and supervised the production quality of a rooftop urban environment designed for drama recording and virtual studio applications. By coordinating with domestic artists, we managed the entire production process from start to finish.

Results :
The environment was optimized for LED wall-based drama shooting, providing a practical solution for newly established studios. Through this project, our team acquired hands-on expertise essential for future virtual studio productions.

By tailoring the workflow to meet the client’s unique requirements, we ensured the consistent delivery of high-quality assets across all phases.
Results :
By carefully selecting and managing overseas studios, we optimized both production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
These efforts enabled the reliable delivery of high-quality 3D assets and contributed significantly to keeping the entire project on schedule.

We led the production of 3D assets for the “Tyro Mix” collaborative music video, a high-profile project featuring a major fast-food chain and popular Japanese artists.
Collaborating with overseas studios, we managed the entire production pipeline — from asset specifications and scheduling to labor coordination and multilingual translation support.
We streamlined cross-border workflows and facilitated seamless communication between clients and global creators, ensuring efficient and aligned execution in English.
Results :
Delivered multiple high-quality 3D assets on a tight schedule, enhancing the visual appeal of the promotional video.
Effective international collaboration enabled smooth progress and on-time completion.

3D Asset Production with Music IP, Unity Execution, and NFT Integration

We led the production of 3D assets and Unity-based implementation for a metaverse initiative utilizing the client's proprietary music IP.
Collaborating with overseas studios, we oversaw asset design, delivery scheduling, and cost control — while ensuring seamless communication with international teams in English.
Additionally, we contributed to early planning and technical evaluation for NFT integration, acting as a key liaison between concept and execution.
Results :
By designing with Unity deployment in mind, we streamlined both asset delivery and performance implementation.
Anticipating NFT sales and metaverse activation, we supported the project holistically — providing diverse creative and technical assets tailored for the official launch.
